Important Medical Compliance Note: To comply with state veterinary regulations, we require proof of a physical exam completed within the past 12 months (discharge papers or a dated receipt are perfectly acceptable). If records cannot be provided prior to our visit, a mandatory $35 Euthanasia Exam fee will apply.

    • Scheduling & Availability Note: Because our team's availability depends entirely on travel locations and our current schedule, we require families to first complete the Online Consent Form and then call us when you are ready to check availability or secure a timeline window.

    • Deposit: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your scheduled time. If a change or cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before the scheduled arrival, an additional $150 fee is applied.

    • What happens if my pet passes away before the team arrives? We understand these moments are unpredictable. If your pet passes away naturally prior to your appointment, please call and leave a message as soon as possible so we can update our doctor’s schedule and arrange aftercare/pickup, if needed. If the doctor arrives at your home without prior notification, an additional $45 Doctor Travel Fee will apply.

Communal Cremation

Your pet is cremated respectfully and remains are scattered on Roselawn’s private, protected nature preserve. (Ashes are not returned).

Individual Cremation

Your pet is cremated individually, and their ashes are returned to you in a memorial urn.

Natural Passing (Remains Pick-Up Only): If your pet passes away naturally at home and you would like cremation services, we offer pick-up by appointment.
