Peaceful Partings is a house-call euthanasia service that provides for the Colorado Springs and Denver metro areas. Our service is by appointment only and we will work with your regular veterinarian when needed. Our service provides the same processes that occur in a day practice however it is brought to your home. This is beneficial in fractious, sick or injured pets and for those who have difficulty traveling to their vet’s office. With your initial call to Peaceful Partings, you will talk with a technician or doctor who can answer any questions you may have. They can not make the decision for you and your family but can discuss the quality of life of your pet. Once a decision has been made, an appointment will be set for a doctor and technician who will travel to your home and perform the euthanasia in your area of choice. Our process is designed to allow the pet’s family to focus on their own grieving process. A clay paw print and or lock of hair can be provided for any of the family members who may desire. Body care of individual or communal cremation can be provided by Peaceful Partings service if desired.
Prices are based upon area and your pet’s weight, so please call for a quote.![]()
Many of our caring clients have made donations in their pet’s honor and we would like to share how all of your donations make a difference. Street Petz (streetpetz.org) is a local non-profit organization that takes donations and supplies to the local homeless who have pets. The doctors and volunteers of Street Petz are able to vaccinate, provide food and basic supplies to those who are in need. Pikes Peak Pet Pantry (pikespeakpetpantry.org) is also another non-profit organization that takes open food and treats to help provide for those who may not have the supplies needed. For those that may need our services but can not afford them, we are working with a local organization that helps people to get the care they need when not able to afford the cost. Harley’s Hope Foundation (harleys-hopefoundation.org) was started with these situations in mind, along with them and a fund set with Peaceful Partings, we try to help those individuals.
